We are looking for a Full Time Sushi Chef with at least 3 years of relevant experience!

Full Time : $17.5+ (Based on work experience)

Full dental and health benefits after 3 months probation 
2 weeks holidays
Training provided

Southside ( Calgary Trail location / Ellerslie Road location)

[Job Duties ]

- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi     preparation

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times

- Assist in inventory management and ordering of sushi ingredients

- Train and mentor junior sushi chefs as needed

- Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including slicing, rolling, and Nigiri

- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations

Must have a work permit/ Canadian citizenship/ PR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour + tips
