The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced accounting technicians to join our team.  As an accounting technician, you will work directly with clients and staff to deliver accounting and tax services. Our accounting practice offers the opportunity to work in a range of accounting and tax areas including bookkeeping, compliance, personal and corporate tax returns, reviews and audits.  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of accounting and tax experience at public practice

   

Responsibilities

• Performing various accounting duties in various areas including prepare bookkeeping, personal and corporate tax returns and compilations using judgment and technical knowledge

   

• Strong communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

   

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

   

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

   

• Proficiency in Caseware, TaxCycle, Microsoft Office is an asset
