 • Position Title: Sushi Chef 

Wage: 18/ hour

Preparing, cooking, and presentation of food to our customers 

Development of menus and recipes 

Checking, receiving, and ordering products within budget 

Confirming the quality of raw and cooked food items 

Maintaining the highest possible standards of health and safety, sanitation and cleanliness in the workplace

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Position title: kitchen cook

Work experience 1-2 years

Wage: 16/hour

Flexible and adaptable to changing fast-paced work environments, and work under pressure

Ability to work as a team worker, and follow directions and instructions

Ensure a clean and sanitized work environment before and after restaurant hours

Prepare food items to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs

Cook food items by deep-frying, frying, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards

Comfortable in preparation, cooking and handling of food, especially raw meat and seafood

Basic written and verbal communication skills

Handle heavy loads : up to 30lbs
