Hello, 

I am renting out a room in a nice 11 story apartment located near Jasper Ave in downtown. The two bedroom suite is a 5th story suite with a secured entrance (needs key to get in), on-floor laundry, balcony and more. A bus that goes to NAIT and UofA is in front of the suite and the LRT is 10 minutes walking distance away. The room is semi-furnished as it has a full sized bed, computer desk, and bookself. The kitchen and washroom is shared with another male student. I am renting out the room from now until the start of September. 

The rent is 325 a month which includes utilities except internet. Internet is $25 a month, so the total is $350 and there is a $150 security deposit. The reason is so cheap is because of the short term agreement, 2 room suites go for $1300/mo usually in this building.
