Bento sushi Fort Mcmurray 지점을 운영하실 섭컨트랙터를 모십니다.
현재 Fort Mcmurray 에는 2개의 Sobeys 매장이 있으며 두 매장중 첫번째 매장 (Sobeys (19 Riedel St) 을 우선 운영하실분을 모십니다.
나머지 한 매장 (210 Thickwood Blvd) 도 운영이 가능하신 분이면 동시에 두 매장을 운영 할수 있는 아주 좋은 기회입니다.
두 매장 합쳐서 현재 세일즈는 주에 최소 $3500 정도입니다.
Fort.Mcmurray 지역은 오일워커들이 주 고객이여서 일년 내내 비수기 없이 꾸준히 바쁜 지역입니다.

Job Description
Food Service Subcontractor Opportunity - Alberta

A Subcontractor is an operating partner with Bento Sushi. The Subcontractor runs operations on behalf of Bento with support from the corporate management structure. A working capital of $5000 to $10,000 will be required from the subcontractor.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations including people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality.
- Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating employees.
- Ensure that the labour and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for each location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third party auditors.
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Create high quality sushi.
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered to.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Sushi industry
- Ability to lead a team of employees
- Take pride in what you do
- Enjoy a fast paced environment
- Effective English communication skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
