Dental Lab Receptionist

Pleasantview Dental Art is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our administrative staff.

We are a locally-owned and operated dental laboratory based in Edmonton, AB that has provided dental fabrication services and quality products to dentists since 2002. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking to add a strong team member who can help us deliver excellent customer service to our accounts.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a great team and dental reception experience is not required for this position but will be considered an asset. We are willing to train the right candidate, however we will be looking for certain characteristics.

The main qualifications we are looking for in a candidate are:

- Motivated, dependable and able to work independently

- Strong attention to detail

-Ability to prioritize and multitask in a demanding environment

-Strong ability to learn and apply knowledge to daily tasks

-Exceptional customer service and communication skills

-Comfortable and familiar with technology

-Positive attitude and friendly

-Someone who is a team player and prides themselves in providing top-notch service to our accounts.

Responsibilities will include and not limited to:

- Answering phones, greeting patients and following up with accounts as needed.

- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly manner.

- Sorting and preparing incoming cases and packing outgoing cases

- Invoicing and data entry

- Assisting with daily tasks such as receiving shipments and sorting inventory

- Please be prepared to help technical team as needed

Monday-Fridays 7-4PM

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
